LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival Celebrates Five Years at Eisenhower Park with Its First Holiday Train Ride

Four immersive worlds and new holiday attractions light up Long Island November 11, 2026–January 3, 2027

NEW YORK, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival returns to Nassau County’s Eisenhower Park for its fifth year, November 11, 2026, through January 3, 2027. Spanning 14 acres, this year’s festival debuts the Lumi Express, Eisenhower Park’s first holiday train ride, alongside children’s artwork, and new family attractions across four immersive worlds.

LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival Celebrates Five Years at Eisenhower Park.

Guests can journey through Magical Wonderwood, Dino Safari, Holidayville, and Tundra Twilight, featuring 100+ illuminated and animatronic creatures, larger-than-life installations, and a 40-foot Christmas tree. New themed photo opportunities invite families and friends to step into holiday scenes together.

“Long Island is our home, and returning to Eisenhower Park for our fifth year is especially meaningful,” said Xiaoyi Chen, founder and CEO of LuminoCity. “We’ve watched families make this festival part of their holiday traditions. This year, we’re excited to welcome them back with new experiences and continue celebrating the creativity of young artists through Lumi’s Utopia.”

Now in its sixth year, Lumi’s Utopia, LuminoCity’s children’s art initiative with the Long Island Children’s Museum, transforms winning drawings from this year’s “Dino Friends” contest into handcrafted light sculptures. Guests can also watch Master Lantern Artisans Huang Xingxiu and Jiang Lei in a sensory-friendly demonstration.

New this season, the Lumi Express takes guests on a ride through the illuminated landscape. Families can bounce into the season on Happy Holidays Hop, a 20-foot-tall Santa inflatable, and the Triceratops Bounce Nest. Santa pop-up appearances on select weekends and limited-edition holiday merchandise add to the festivities.

Special theme nights throughout the season invite guests to dress up, enjoy live music and share on social media for limited-edition merch giveaways while supplies last. Themes and dates will be announced soon.

The festival is located at Eisenhower Park, 1899 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554, with free on-site parking. General admission starts at $29; tickets for children ages 4–12 start at $22, excluding taxes and fees. Children ages 3 and under enter free. Select attractions require separate add-on tickets.
