When Wren meets Jaya’s mother, Mena, and she tells her that Jaya is dead, it comes as a shock. She didn’t make it out of the room alive because there was a fire.
Ashley might get better. She is in the hospital getting better. When Wren tells the group about Jaya, Antony tells them about the tablet. As they talk, a nurse brings in a delivery of roses. Each of the kids got five roses. Wren takes them all out and puts them in the water-filled vase. As the other kids’ moms come to get them, Taz stays with Ashley and talks to her about Paris. Antony’s brother, Liam, and Antony’s girlfriend, Andrea, seem to be aware of the stress he is under and are there for him.
