Gap: The Series – Season 1 Episode 8 Review

When it came to explicit scenes, the director did a good job of not making two girls into objects of desire. Even though their steamy scenes are sensual, they are not overly sexual, which makes it easy for both the audience and, probably, the actors. They also talk about how girls can have safe sex without being too preachy.

GAP Season 1 Episode 8 Insights

For once, the obstacle in every romantic comedy, the guy who is already engaged to the main character’s love interest, Kirk, is actually a pretty good guy. He cares about Mon as a friend, which shows that he really likes her. Even though it will probably make it harder for us to cheer for Mon and Sam because we don’t want Kirk to get hurt and we want to support them.

And yes, we know that the breakup episode of every Thai romantic drama is pretty cliche, but episode 8 of Gap: The Series could have gone in a different direction than having the girl overhear something and take it the wrong way more than once.
