Who Killed Sara Season 3 Insights: Is Rodolfo Killed by the Shot?
Who is to Blame? We finally get some answers from Sara about what is going on here, including what will happen to Sara, what Medusa has been up to, and how Reinaldo is connected to this whole thing. In light of this, let’s settle in for this wacky soap opera drama and try to make sense of all the unexpected turns and twists along the way.
Why is It Called the Medusa Center? Why Does Reinaldo Do All of These Things?
Reinaldo set up the Medusa Center as a kind of secret hospital where sick people could be treated. Sara was Reinaldo’s “Patient Zero,” and he had always planned for her to be involved. Reinaldo’s ultimate goal was to try to find a cure for homosexuality and schizophrenia.
Reinaldo gives a big speech to a room full of investors (we’ll talk more about how this works in a bit) and tries to get the authorities to let him send the pills all over the world. As the camera moves around Reinaldo, we can see that everyone is clapping and someone is taking a video in the background.

At this point, it’s clear that Reinaldo is in charge of everything. He set his sights on Sara right away, so the Medusa Center thugs kept her away from her brother to keep her safe.
In the meantime, Reinaldo helped make up the story that Marifer was the one who killed Sara in the parachuting accident, which she carries with her until she dies. Sara did survive the accident, though, and she didn’t die at the hospital.
At the end of the last chapter, it was revealed that Tonya, Reinaldo’s right-hand woman, had been taken by Cesar. Alex gets her on a silver platter since she should know where Sara is. Alex is teased by Tonya about what Sara really wants, and Tonya finally tells Alex the truth.
Does Marifer Die?
Keeping all of this in mind, the last part starts out with Reinaldo conducting a recorded interview with Sara. She discusses her “normal” family and the degree to which she has a great deal of trust in them. She speaks highly of Alex and expresses how much she adores him while they are at the Medusa Center. Sara is interested in relocating to a remote location, where she can start a new life with her loved ones.
On the other hand, it turns out that this is all an act because, in another scene, we show Sara in her room wielding a large knife that she pulled out of her sleeve. In addition, it is important to note that at this moment Marifer loses consciousness and passes away in the Medusa Center as a result of not being able to recover from her wounds.
Is Lucia Still Missing?
Elisa and Rodolfo go to the Medusa Center to make sure Alex doesn’t kill any more people, and they end up helping him tie up the workers. Before he meets Alex, Reinaldo sets off the alarm. Alex then heads down to the basement.
With the tape in hand, they make a deal: Reinaldo throws over the tape that shows what he’s done, and Alex drops his gun in exchange. But Alex is smart, and he uses a handgun he has hidden to shoot Reinaldo in the leg. This leaves the doctor unable to help Alex.
Alex tells Chema to take Elisa out because he wants him to find Lucia. While they are all fighting, Daniele gets out of her cell and follows them as they leave. Reinaldo gets up and runs away, and when Lucia is found safe and sound, there is a big family reunion in the main atrium. But one of the security guards had a knife, so he started cutting his cable ties to try to get out.
Does Alex Find the Center of the Medusa?
Then we go back to Alex in the present. Tonya has told him everything. She tells Tonya what Reinaldo has been doing and where Sara is, so he goes to look into it and Tonya is stuck.
Elisa isn’t too happy because she had a fight with Rodolfo earlier about Cesar taking Tonya and what that means on a moral level. Anyway, Alex finds out everything and runs away. He crashes into the Medusa Center with his guns blazing, killing a few security guards along the way.

Reinaldo starts to “treat” Chema inside the building. The poor guy is put in an ice bath and shown sexually explicit videos. Reinaldo wants Chema to stop, but Chema says he doesn’t feel that way anymore. Reinaldo, on the other hand, is a man who is sure he is doing the right thing.
After that, he brings in a woman and tells him he has to have sex with her to prove he’s a real man. Without being too rude, I don’t think it would be fun to jump out of an ice bath and then have sex.
Does the Gunshot Kill Rodolfo?
The guard pulls out his gun and shoots. Rodolfo runs at him and gets shot as a result. When Cesar shows up, the guard is shot in the head. In the process, the guard died, and Rodolfo began to bleed out.
Alex, meanwhile, follows Reinaldo through the halls, which leads to a big fight. At this point, we can see that what Tonya told Alex was true. Sara killed herself at the Medusa Center because she couldn’t handle the treatment. She stabbed herself in the stomach with the big knife we saw in her sleeve. She died covered in blood, but Reinaldo tries to make Alex feel better about it by saying that she helped his science. Eventually, Alex kills Reinaldo.
Why Does Cesar Always Take the Blame?
Cesar is then arrested for killing the security guard and admits that he also killed Reinaldo to cover for Alex. He also says that he killed Abel Martinez and buried him 18 years ago. I mean, it doesn’t explain why Alex just showed up at the Medusa Center, opened fire, and killed two people outside, even though one of the security guards was still alive and saw everything, but whatever, let’s keep going.
Cesar is found guilty and given a prison sentence of 40 years. Rodolfo dies from his wounds, and Alex gets the answers he has been looking for. Cesar tells Alex, “Make my daughter happy,” as the rest of the family watches as he is taken away. So why does he do all these things? Well, it turns out that he has pancreatic cancer and will die soon no matter what.
He tried to buy himself more time with his money, but it didn’t work. Some things can’t be bought with money. And we can see that Cesar has been having trouble with all of this for a long time. We cut to him crying hysterically in his prison cell. It’s a strange mix of hysteria, sadness, happiness, and grief.
How Does Season 3 of Who Killed Sara End?
The season’s last shot shows Alex where Tonya took him. There are many crosses sticking out of the ground at this grave site. All of the people who died because of the terrible crimes Reinaldo and his team did were buried here. Alex decides to tell the police about this, and when they arrive, they start digging up the bodies one by one.
Now that Lucia is with them, too, Sara’s memory can live on through the family members who are still alive. As they leave the graveyard, where Reinaldo has killed so many people, the camera pans across the beautiful countryside and the show ends.
