Elvis finds out that The Commander set up Project Tupelo to try to get him to join TCB. The Commander says that he messed with Elvis’s life and used him to test the supersonic device. Even though he wanted to find out how Elvis’ music affected people, the device got into the wrong hands and is now being used as a weapon of mass destruction.
