The Stalker, the Love Interest, and the Workplace Drama

We then went back to the end of the last episode, where our local stalker Sang-Su was waiting for Su-Yeong outside her house. It turns out that Su-Yeong fell into Jong-arms, Hyun, and that the hug was just a mistake. So, he takes this chance to tell her that he really does like her.

Sang-Su finally decides to stay away from Su-Yeong and throw himself into his work. He comes up with a good business plan, which impresses Mi-Gyeong. She also sees Mr. Yuk getting too close to Su-Yeong by holding her hand and calling her family, which makes her feel uncomfortable. Mr. Yuk? More like Mr. Yuck!

After that, Mi-Gyeong tells her not to take anything Mr. Yuk says from now on. We then go back to our toxic workplace. Sang-Su keeps frowning when he sees Su-Yeong and Jong-hyun together, right after Jong-hyun gets yelled at by a supervisor for messing up a coffee order.

While Sang-Su skips lunch because he can’t eat and wants to drink away his sadness during his break, Su-Yeong goes out to lunch with Mi-Gyeong. Outside, Sang-Su tells himself what we’ve all been saying for the last two episodes: “Grow up!” Su-Yeong meets Jong-Hyeon while he is out with Mi-Gyeong, and the two of them go on a date. They drink milk and talk about what they want to do in the future. In this case, Su-Yeong thinks about how it affects their family. It turns out that she blames her father for Su-death. hyeok’s The fact that her parents opened a shop right next to the bank hasn’t helped (it seems to be a coincidence), and seeing her mother take him back after what happened with Su-Hyeok was the last straw.

She tells him not to follow her around, and when he doesn’t listen, she leaves without giving him a chance to explain himself. After that, they get back together and work on their presentation all night. When they’re done, it’s already morning, so they go to the oyster place next door for breakfast. At the same time, Su-Yeong ends up doing the rounds. After practicing her pitch, she goes to the homes of different clients.

Sang-Su does a good job with his pitch when he stands up and talks to his coworkers about the KCU bank app. Outside, Mi-Gyeong tells him nice things, and the two decide to hang out more. They go play ice hockey, and Mi-Gyeong pretends she doesn’t know how to skate so she can get closer to Sang-Su.

At the same time as Su-Yeong, Jong-Hyeon comes to the library to study. He doesn’t bother her, though. Other than giving her some milk, he goes back to work. After that, Jong-hyun says that he likes her.

Mi-Gyeong gets a call at the bank, letting her know that their presentation came first. She gives Sang-Su a hug, but all he does is look at Su-Yeong. Mr. Yuk tries to get Su-Yeong to sing when they go out to celebrate, but when she doesn’t, Mi-Gyeong steps up and does a duet with Sang-Su instead.

After the duet, Su-Yeong is asked to go to the convenience store and get some food. Sang-Su stands up for Su-Yeong and decides to go himself. This saves Su-Yeong from a possible awkward situation. She is, however, waiting outside for him when Sang-Su comes back. Sang-Su hands over a bottle in silence, and Su-Yeong asks, “Is it fun to mess with my feelings?” Sang-Su bites back, saying the same thing until Su-Yeong says that Sang-Su chose not to come to see her that night. She must have seen everything… But what that “everything” is will have to be a mystery until another day.
